All prices include GST. Products you have purchased are delivered to your door by Australia Post.
We aim to deliver within three weeks.

For shipping within Australia, we are currently using a system based on the total value of your order. Our website will assign your order a shipping charge according to the following table:

Bulky items (such as tapestry floor frames and Daylight Floor Stands) attract a $12.00 shipping and handling fee.

For shipping outside Australia, charges are per order at a flat fee of $19.95

Our secure server uses SSL encryption software to ensure all your personal information including credit card number, name and address are safely transmitted across the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. When an order is received, SSL is again used to unscramble the message, check that it came from the correct sender, and verify that it has not been tampered with.

When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address and payment details. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to keep you up to date on their progress.

(b.) where from time to time, we may facilitate offers from reputable companies that have interesting products and services. We make use of ‘cookies’ to make our website perform better. A ‘cookie’ is a feature built into your browser that assigns you a ‘user ID’. If you respond to a promotion or competition we will ask for your name, address and e-mail address. This is so that we can fulfil the promotion, notify competition winners and track the popularity of our marketing activity.

Returns

In the case of defective items, we will be happy to replace it or refund the purchase price. We do not refund if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong item, or purchase too many items. (Please see the Office of Fair Trading website for more details.) In those instances we can exchange the item(s) with equal or higher value item(s) or supply you with a store credit note you can use whenever you choose. Please note that we do not refund or exchange on charts, books, and cut fabrics. Refunds can only be processed when accompanied by the store docket/receipt.
