Neuschwanstein "New Swanstone Castle" is a 19th-century Romanesque palace on a rugged hill above the village of Hohenschwangau in southwest Bavaria. It is today one of the most visited castles in Europe. Around 1.4 million people annually visit the "Castle of the Fairy Tale King".
