- We offer our patterns books and kits to ship to customers anywhere in the world.
- As we design and produce all of our charts and kits ourselves (all products prefixed with NCH), we don't run out of stock. We print our charts to order and keep a stock of most kits at all times. If a kit is not in stock, we can usually produce it within two or three weeks.
- All orders for stocked items are dispatched via Australia Post. Your purchases will ship within 14 business days, please allow up to 2 weeks shipping time for Australian customers and 6 weeks for International customers.
- For International customers you are solely responsible for any customs charges, duties, VAT or other taxes charged by your country.
- We have no control of the time it takes your order to reach you once it leaves our company. We thank you for your patience.
- We offer some of our patterns for downloading in PDF format.
- If you select PDF files for you to download and print yourself, after paying online a link for your pattern(s) will be delivered to your email box within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Click to download and then save to your computer. Print out as required. You only need the free Acrobat Reader to open the patterns properly.

For shipping within Australia, we are currently using a system based on the total weight of your order. Our website will assign your order a shipping charge according to the following table:
