Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
In the case of defective items, we will be happy to replace it or refund the purchase price. Customers should contact us by phone or email to obtain a return reference number. Items should then be returned to us in the condition in which they were received with an explanation of the problem and quoting the reference number. The buyer is responsible for return postage cost.
Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. You will receive a credit or refund (buyer choice) for the full purchase price - excluding delivery and insurance fee.
We do NOT refund or exchange on:
Items containing Intellectual Property Rights such as designs, charts and magazines provided in the form of downloads or hard copy.
Items specially processed or manufactured for you such as photo to cross stitch, cut fabric and canvas, stands and frames.
We do NOT refund if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong item, or purchase too many items. (Please see the Office of Fair Trading website for more details.) In those instances we may exchange the item(s) with equal or higher value item(s) or supply you with a store credit note you can use whenever you choose.
